small sofa bed fold out sofachair (Leominster HR6)

Would really appreciate if someone could help I have really poor health have a benign brain tumour which may require surgery also 2 prolapsed discs and a crumbling spine so struggle getting up and down the stair. I
I am a single mother to 3 children. It would make a huge difference and be much appreciated If someone could help. I am looking for a small sofabed/chair or small day bed thanks in advance
