Gardening Supplies for School Sensory Garden Project (Armadale EH48)

I am looking to create a sensory garden in the primary school in Edinburgh where I work as a PSA.
We don't have funding for this and we are in need of small gardening tools, plants, soil, mulch or wood chippings, water features, garden ornaments, plants or herbs that are soft or good for sensory seeking. Anything that would be suitable to help children sow, grow and learn about nature and sustainability.
