Hp office jet pro 8140e series (Hailsham BN27)

2 years old? Excellent condition but it says it has a paper jam and I’ve tried everything and can see nothing, so it might be a paper sensor that meeds cleaning bit I’m mot sure how to do that! It’s in such goid condition it seems a shame to throw it away! 😢 anyone out there want to try fixing it?
There is ink in the cartridges still.
