3 seater sofa (Chiswick W4)

The fabric has a couple of tears in it which I usually just cover with a blanket. Still comfortable to sit (or sleep!) on. Ijust need the space now. Iam on first floor, with no lift in the bloc. Ihave variable dissabilities so cannot guaruntee I'll be able to help get this to car park. Although there are 2 cushions, this is a 3 seater. Any questions, let me know.
