Friends, l'd like to ask for a little help.
A family from Ukraine has recently arrived here, and they are currently finding things quite difficult financially. I'd really like to help them get settled with some of the basic things they need for their home. m.
So l thought l'd ask here - perhaps some of you have things in good conditionthat you no longer use and would be happy to give away. Even one small item could make a real difference to this family right now.
Here are some of the things they particularly need:
‹ A set of saucepans suitable for an electric hob
• An office chair for a teenager, preferably height-adjustable
A blender, mixer or any other kitchen appliance in
working condition
Bathroom accessories for soap, toothbrushes, etc.
Any household electrical appliances or
electronics that you no longer need
• Perhaps someone has a bicycle they no longer
use
Laptop for studying any working condition
