Bike for parts or repair (Hayes UB3)

A kind freegler here offered to us stating that the breaks and chain need to be done. Both inner tubes are still holding air until now. The tyres look OK. We want to pass it on if anyone is interested as we could not get round it for servicing. Can leave it outside at a safe place for easy and convenience collection.
