Cassava flour (Cavendish DE23)

Hi guys. I bought a bag of cassava flour a couple of weeks ago for a new recipe I was trying but to be honest it didn’t work. I only used a cup full. Therefore it’s been sat in my cupboard unused. if anyone would like it. Please let me know ASAP before it gets thrown in the bin. Thanks
