Umbrella Parasol Base Stand. Filled with Sand. (Green Street Green TN14)
The weights just needs a clean and will come up fine. The 4 bases are quite heavy and already filled with Sand. There is some rust on the metal stand but its mainly lower down and out of sight when the weights are in place. If somone only wants the weights that is fine.
