This is an old bike carrier to be rear mounted on a car tailgate.
Unlike the modern ones you can buy at Halfords etc, it doesn't have any clips or attachments to hold the bikes on. There are just padded bars that you hang the bikes on and then you would need to strap them on with your own straps / bungees.
It is quite old and has probably been in our garage for 20 years so would suggest you test it out before driving to make sure you are happy it is secure.
Collection from RG30 near Prospect Park. Weekend or evenings after 5pm, daytime might be possible depending on when.
