Any assistance with food (Barrhaven)

Going through a really hard time, not gonna get into it unless you want me to but I'm needing help with any supper items and snacks... I appreciate anything at all.. please don't message me if you're going to put me down , I tried asking for help on Facebook and I was told how useless I am.
