Expired car seat (Petworth neighborhood WDC NW)

I've got an expired car seat that would be good for an exchange at target or an emergency back-up. It is light weight and functional but not the best for deaily use over the long-term. Target runs a deal where you can exchange an expired car seat and get 20 percent off a new car seat.
