Wendy house (Danbury CM3)

Wendy House 8’ x 6’ (2.4m x 1.8m).
The Wendy House is in generally good condition, the photos show the 2 areas that need attention at some time ie hole at the rear left and front window frame.
Inside there is a raised play area accessed by a ladder, supplied.
The roof is heavy duty felt that looks to be in good condition, there are no obvious leaks.
The Wendy House requires dismantling and transporting. This is down to the new owner as there will be nobody who is able to help. Is situated in a large back garden with easy access to the front of the house, which has a large driveway.
The furniture in the photos also come with the Wendy House.
