These containers have bicycle puncture repair kits inside them but they've been sat in a cupboard at a bike workshop for ages and when I tried one of the kits, the glue didn't seem to work as well as the stuff found some of the more modern puncture kits. If you can use the metal containers though (whether you take one or all), please get in touch.
