The table and chairs are collapsible for storage. The hardwood is sound (no rot), but needs to be cleaned and re-oiled to protect it and enhance the finish.
One of the seats has a slat missing but is still functional. Another one of the chairs has a minor split at the top of the backrest part of one of the legs (see photo) but it is still sound.
