This was a Wayfair purchase with a messed up part, and instead of replacing the part they sent an entire new unit.
One of the legs has a dent making 100% correct assembly impossible, but I think a handier person than I could either force or kludge it into working, just can't make any promises about the end result.
The electronics for the up and down motion should be completely fine, and everything is together in the box with the hardware.
