Old mantel/shelf clock on wooden case (Halstead CO9)

Has worked (and chimed) in the past, but isn't now. Pretty simple internals, I'd say - but I know nothing. Been gathering dust for too long, and it's time someone else had it. Just over a fourteen inches tall, about nine inches wide, and five inches deep.
