Leaking water dispenser (Titchfield Common PO14)

This water dispenser dispenses 250ml at a time so that you save water and electricity. It is in working order apart from the fact that there is a leak from the handle at the back which means that water pools on the kitchen side. Thought it might be a project for someone to fix.
