Garden chair, damaged but could be repaired (Stinchcombe GL11)
New but damaged, lug missing. It is adjustable, but could be used as a fixed angle chair by drilling for a bolt and nut through the leg, or other solution. Needs someone with DIY skills to repair. Not useable as it is.
