Manufactured by Best. Recliner powered..not a lift chair. Dark Brown velour-like fabric. Perfect for someone of smaller stature. Has some wear on the arm from my little dog sitting on it as he oversees the daily street activities out the window. Also some spots on the footrest are frayed and a small spot of electrical tape on the cord where it got jammed when moving it. Very heavy.
