Magazine rack/coffee table (Ashton-in-Makerfield WN4)

24 inches high and long. Very heavy, solid wood
Slightly damaged by the dog 😀
In would look nice sanded down and re polished or painted.

Can anyone give it a home, before I take it to the tip?
