(Broken) Scooter (Hither Green)

Blue metal Kick Scooter - broken as wheel has come off and it’s been left outside so is a bit stiff. I think it would be good for someone who knows how to repair things like this or someone who would be able to use the parts. There is also a bag of with a couple of tool sprovided (see photo) but I was never quite quite how to use them to repair the scooter.
