Battery powered lawn mower (Clarksburg)

It stopped working about a month ago, and I don't have time to bother figuring out why. It starts running then looses power even with fully charged batteries. It was bought in 2020, was kept clean - washed after every use. It comes with a charger and two generic batteries.
