kids high backed booster car seat (Dublin sth, Shankill)

Good condition suitable for kids of weight 15kg to 36kg

It can be be converted for a younger child, I think all parts included, seat belts etc
But because i'm not positive, it's most suitable as per above for kids 15kg to 36kg, the main car seat belt is used.
