food and lactose free milk (Chapeltown LS7)

Hello sorry to ask but im in need of some help with some basic food items I have nothing until im paid on the 7th ive tried everywhere and asked everyone I no if they can help and no one can im literally in need of a few bits just to make a couple of meals and some milk I live in Chapeltown LS7 im able to collect if close to St marys and St martins but any further im not able to as ive slipped a disc in my back so walking is agonising any help is appreciated ive asked on help with food groups on fb but had nothing but negative comments and people having ago at me ive even asked family n they cant help i dont live near my family n dont have friends in leeds so not like I can pop round for a meal please if anyone can help id appreciate it so much thank you for reading and thank you in advance
