Food and Lactose Free Milk (Chapeltown LS7)

Hello, sorry to ask but I'm in need of some help with some basic food items.
I have nothing until I'm paid on the 7th.
I've tried everywhere and asked everyone I know if they can help, and no one can.
I'm literally in need of a few bits just to make a couple of meals and some milk.
I live in Chapeltown LS7, I'm able to collect if close to St Marys and St Martins but any further I'm not able to do as I've slipped a disc in my back, so walking is agonising.
Any help would be appreciated, I've asked on the help with food groups on fb but had nothing but negative comments, and people having a go at me.
I've even asked family but they can't help.
I dont live near my family and I dont have friends in Leeds so it's not like I can pop round for a meal.
Please, if anyone can help I'd appreciate it so much.
