massive cleanout (118 Old Edgefield Rd)

I just came into a fortune and I’m clearing everything out completely.
My husband collected all kinds of old collectibles, lawnmowers, 4-wheelers, tools, equipment, household items, and more.

There is so much stuff you probably couldn’t take it all anyway.
I’m not joking — the yard, shop, and garage are packed full. Rows of stuff. Shelves full. Piles everywhere. It would take multiple trucks and trailers to even make a dent.

Everything in the yard, shop, and garage is FREE.

You do NOT have to talk to me.
Just show up, look around, and grab whatever you want.
No prices. No haggling. No holds.

Come anytime — late or early.
I live way out in the country, so it doesn’t matter if you make a little noise after dark or early in the morning. If you want to come at midnight with a flashlight and a trailer, go for it. If you want to show up at 5 AM, fine. I won’t be bothered.

Please be fair — take what you need, but leave some for others.
Even though there’s a huge amount, don’t be greedy. Leave enough for the next person.

Bring your own help, trucks, trailers, tools, straps, lights, and boxes.

Heavy items are your responsibility to load.

Everything is as-is and free.

If the gate is open, come in and look around.

I will not be available to answer a lot of questions or help load.

No deliveries, no holding items, no bathroom access.

This is a serious cleanout. If you can haul it, it’s yours. And trust me — you can’t haul it all.
