I have dried out my lovage seeds and they are in paper envelopes for anyone to have a go growing, a lovely perennial that comes back year after year. And the pollinators love them!
The leaves can be snipped off and used in a salad, or buckwheat, or they can be roasted with tomatoes to make a tasty soup.
