Child's Victorian Costume (Ditchling Common BN6)

This is very creased because it's been stored for quite some time, and not folded very well! It was clean when put away. My daughter's have all used this for Victorian day at school over the years. I now have all grandsons, so not likely they'll want it!
The skirt says Mark-One size 12. But on a child it's basically a full length skirt. It's a very small size 12.
