Base frame for a heavy centre pole parasol or a cantilever parasol. Requires slabs or quadrants to weight it especially if using with a cantilever parasol. Bolt holes are 160mm apart horizontally / 113mm from the centre/ 226mm apart diagonal to diagonal.
New and unused, came with a parasol and I didn't need the base.
