Black paper + white pens/markers (Kensington/Chinatown)

I’m starting a design course and am looking for a black-paper sketchbook or loose black drawing/construction paper, plus white gel pens, paint markers, POSCA markers, metallic pens, or similar drawing supplies.

Used/partially used supplies and leftover paper are completely fine. I’m happy to pick up in Toronto.
