Men's Bike (Stafford ST16)

Does anyone have amends bike for an average height man that they no longer use.
My brother-in-law has just had his stolen this morning and its his only method of transport.
When money allows he may buy a new one and we will re- freegle this, if that is the case.
He can collect from anywhere around Stafford.
