Kid bike (RWC)

Hi, this bike was well loved and needs a touch of someone who knows about bikes. The tires needs to be filled ot needs a good wash and for the parts to be cleaned. It is functional, giving it a try if someone would like to work on it and gift it to a child or keep it for their own child. Thank you.
