Dust-buster, working but handle broken, needs a new plug (West Hill BN1)

Electrolux mini-hoover / dust-buster, in working order. The top of the handle has broken off but it may be possible to repair it with superglue. NB this device needs a new plug: the present plug is attached with rubber bands, but it may also be possible to fix it with superglue. Not to be used by children unless a new plug is attached.
