They seem to charge at 60-80W which is why I complained to the retailer and they sent me a replacement. To receive the new one, I had to send a picture of the plugs cut off but it should not be a problem for anyone with half a sense of technical ability to put new ones on.
The brand is All Power and could be good for anyone charging batteries for garden lights etc.
