Colour: blue (the photo of the footstool is the most representative of the actual colour)

2-seater sofa: 170W x 95D x 85H
Footstool: 60W x 55D x 40H

All units are in good, clean condition, albeit with a little wear:
- There is a tear in the fabric on the underside of the footstool
- The footstool opens, but the mechanism that holds it open is damaged.

We live in a smoke-free and pet free house.
