Condition Note:The sofa structural integrity is excellent and very sturdy. The fabric shows cosmetic wear and light staining/shadowing from normal use (mostly visible on the lower seat cushion area). A quick pass with a fabric shampooer or upholstery cleaner will make it look brand new!
