Scrap paper/recycling paper for cutting up (Gillingham ME7)

for a severely autistic male who basically cuts up anything he can get his hands on. A regular supply near Gillingham, Twydall, Central Chatham or City Way, or on the way to any of these would be great :-) Thank you Dee
