items for father moving in (Detroit - Grandmont area)

Hello, my father is currently in rehab and will be released next week. We need the following to accommodate him. They will not allow him to take his wheelchair from the facility. He needs a wheelchair, shower chair, walker/cane, and possibly a twin size mattress that can be wiped down due to incontinence. Any help is appreciated.
