Hall / Telephone table (Howey LD1)

From a house clearance, a small wooden hall / telephone table (I think).
It has been stored in a damp outbuilding and there is some deterioration to the finish on the top surface, and scuffs around many of the edges but apart from that it appears quite sound.
It has a pull-out writing shelf (?) and the drawers are in fact just a single cupboard door.
