Faux leather office chair (Near Rowland St and S 1st Ave)

Brown executive office chair. Arm cushions and faux leather are worn. Height is adjustable and still works, though it will slowly go down over 3 hours and you will need to raise the height again. Chair can tilt back or be locked so it doesn't tilt, and that works fine.
