Self propelled wheelchair (Huddersfield HD5)

Mums just come out of hospital, and is wanting to go out and the only sensible solution we can come up with is in a self propelled wheelchair (big wheels to get over the threshold, not for her to propel herself). If you could help we would be very grateful and when we have finished using it we would happily gift it on to someone else. Thank you for reading this post.
