A generous 3/4-seater sofa, over 2 metres long, ready for someone to refresh, re-cover or fully reupholster. This is a great free project for a beginner, hobbyist or experienced upcycler – an opportunity to restore a Victorian antique fully, practise your skills or simply give it a fresh new look.
Dimensions: 2m long × 80cm high × 80cm deep. Each drop arm adds around 40cm when lowered.
Drop arms for comfortable lounging
Beautiful scroll arms and back
Patterned Damask/Jacquard fabric
Turned wooden legs with six castors.
Condition: This is a well-used sofa with age-related marks and some discolouration on the back from resting against a wall, which cannot be seen from the front. The horsehair stuffing would benefit from being replenished, making it an ideal reupholstery or upcycling project.
Free – collection from Lochwinnoch. Because of its size and weight, you will need a van and at least two people to collect it.
