Puggle buggy (doesn’t fold down) (Liverpool L17)

Puggle buggy - in good condition but the mechanism on the right side has locked which means it doesn’t fold down. Works great as a pram just can’t transport in car. We’re gutted to get rid of it but we need to put it in car
