Thread caps/spool pin caps (Carleton Place)

For narrow spools like Guterman. Designed to keep the spool of thread secure and prevent tangling. The opening, as accurately as I can measure it, is 5mm, which is very slightly too large for the spindle/pin/thread holder on a Singer 6800C, so I'm hoping that someone else can used them.
