Abandoned kitten needs supplies (Germantown)

My neighbors got unexpectedly evicted and gave me their cat to take care of. I'm in between paychecks at the moment. They gave me the 5-month-old kitten with a full litter box. No replacement litter and a small bag of adult cat food. I'm sure the kitten is malnourished and I would like to nourish him back into health if you have kitten food or litter please help thank you
