Rabbit hutch/small kennel (Walton PE4)

I have been feeding a very nice cat since April. His owners had to move and were in temporary accommodation for some months. This cat who has a lovely temperament when you get to know him has lived outside for over 5 years. He refused to come in since they had their dog, although their two other cats were not bothered. WE have made some makeshift feeding station covered with tarpaulin, but think he needs something more secure over winter.
