collar and leash set (Derwood, MD)

Creative Co-op brand collar and leash set in green and red plaid (see attached photo); collar size is up to 16.5” round (I think it is adjustable but based on PetSmart size chart it probably fits medium and some large dogs—see link to chart below) and leash is 58” long.
