Lakeland heated electric airer (Sydenham SE26)

Sturdy airer with 3 levels as shown. The wire has come loose as shown so the heating part doesn’t work. Perhaps someone could repair or can be used as regular airer but with the benefit of being more sturdy and space saving than many other models. Preferably for pick up this weekend
