Red Carlton Suitcase with jammed castor wheel (Disley SK12)

This is a hard suitcase. It is useable as it has a fold out side handle and large trailing wheels, but the rubber tyre on one of the front casters has shredded and has jammed so it's not possible to tow it behind you using the pull out tow strap.
