The sofa is on the first floor, and there is no lift. Collection will require carrying it down the stairs and loading it into your own vehicle, so please bring enough people to move it safely.

There is access via a fire escape/external stairway, which makes getting it out of the building easier.

The top back cushion tends to slide down and may need repositioning

Cushions can be removed
