Upright vacuum cleaner gwo (Bridlington)

Hi, does anyone have an upright vacuum cleaner which is clean and in full working order locally please that they are willing to gift.This item is not for me but is a request for my elderly neighbour. His vacuum has broken and mine is very heavy so it's difficult to carry up two flights of stairs to take to his flat. Thank you in advance. I am willing to pay petrol money if you can deliver.
